EUCA is a non-profit organization consisting of an executive Council and a General Assembly.

Each country of Europe may be represented by one member of the General Assembly, who is appointed for a two-year term and can be re-appointed for at most two additional consecutive terms.

The EUCA Council is made up of a President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer, and up to three ordinary members of the General Assembly.

Members of the Council and the General Assembly meet at least one a year to:

  • oversee the organization of ECC conferences and the EJCON,
  • discuss new initiatives of interest to the Systems and Control community in the countries of Europe, and
  • deliberate on the appointment or re-appointment of members.

In the time interval between annual meetings, matters of interest to EUCA are run by the EUCA Council. For more information, please see:
